Originally from Hawai’i, Mordechai honed his craft at Hairstory Studio, a hair care company, in New York City under the guidance of Creative Director Wes Sharpton. With a strong focus on effortless, textured cuts and bold, lived-in shapes, Mordechai is known for creating styles that feel both timeless and modern while reflecting his love for individuality.

Mordechai specializes in both haircutting and haircolor, with a particular emphasis on razor cutting, natural lived-in color, and open-air balayage hair painting. His approach blends precision with intuition, enhancing each client’s natural texture and tone to create hair that grows out seamlessly and carries an effortless kind of edge.
